How do I know my bracelet size?
Simply put, you just need to measure the circumference of your wrist and add an extra half inch. However please check out the bracelet sizing page linked above for more detailed instructions and photos.
May I see what a design-your-own item will look like before purchase?
Absolutely! Depending on the item it may take me some time to complete it, but I would be happy to create most any design you have in mind. I'll send pictures of the custom work and then you can decide if it's the look you were going for. If you decide not to purchase it, then the item will just be available for someone else at a future show. Contact me to get started.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel your order, you may do so at any time before it is shipped. Simply contact me and let me know the order needs to be cancelled. Once the order has shipped however, it is yours and I cannot cancel it. I work to complete and mail orders as soon as possible, so please contact me as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.
What is your return policy?
If you are unhappy with your order please contact me and I will see what can be done to make things right. If your order was damaged in shipping, please let me know so that a case can be opened with the Post Office.
Why don't you offer free shipping?
It's actually cheaper for you if I don't. "Free shipping" is never actually free. It just means that the shipping price is incorporated into the item price. So by charging you for shipping at checkout it means you're only paying for it once per order instead of with each and every item you buy.
Why does the sales tax show up as zero at checkout?
Unlike shipping costs, I do incorporate the sales tax into the item price. It's a practice I use at shows to make handling change much simpler. When listing all those same items for sale online I decided to continue that practice so that my pieces cost the same regardless if you are buying from me online or in person.
Do you have any photos of your bracelets on other skin tones?
All of my products are currently modeled by me. However if you are willing, I would love to share your new purchase on my website. If you would like to be featured in my still-in-the-works "Customer Photos" section please contact me.
Are there any current coupons or sales?
I do occasionally offer coupons and sales. The best place to learn about them is through my social media pages linked in the footer on each page of my website.
